Day...?

Hello lacquered lovelies. It's another Monday, isn't it... ah well. Hopefully Friday arrives before we know it! My parents went home yesterday so I spent most of the day moping around and studying... because I'm emo like that. I miss them. My mom said she would call me last night but she didn't - and since I know she's reading, whyyyyyyyyy mommalom. Why. I also have an exam today at two - it's my second last one and I'm really just ready to be done!

Today I'm hoping to start a theme week, so that's why this post is titled that way. I want to do a Konad week, because I think that might be the incentive I need to actually, you know, Konad. I need to practice but I get discouraged really easily, so hopefully this will help me feel a bit more confident!

I decided to start the week off with a stamp that I've already shown before but that I know I can (sort of) work, M57.

For this mani, I used three coats of Revlon Royal, a beautiful deep blue jelly. Two coats will give the bottle colour, if you apply it carefully, but I did three just to help the stamping show up better. It's so gorgeous! Then I decided to use a holo to stamp again, but a real one. So I used China Glaze OMG and used the zebra print stamp.

I apologize for the tips in this picture, I decided to give Seche a chance (I do this sometimes and I always remember why I don't like it anymore) and I got shrinkage. BOO. But as you can see, it didn't dull the holo effect at all. I quite liked this, actually!

That's all from me today, short and sweet. I generally suck at Konadicures (I've got a horrific mess on right now because I couldn't get a special polish to transfer well... I might save this one for a fail Friday!) but I really want to get better!

What do you lovelies think? Do you like this mani? Would you like to see more Konadicures on here? I'd definitely do my best!

Have a gorgeous day, and I hope to talk to some of you in the comments. :)
