Hello lacquered lovelies! My post today is a bit late, I went out hunting and made a post office trip. I got a couple of eBay orders and my swap package from Jen, which was amazing!! I can't wait to share the lovelies with you all! Thanks again, sugar, you're awesome!
So today, I have one of the new Nicole by OPI colours. Originally there wasn't a display for these, but in the Shoppers I frequent, they now have a display for them that has something like SPARKLE SPARKLE EVERYWHERE all up on it. Something like that. Anyway, this is Sensational Scarlet, a deep magenta jelly with holo glitter. The formula on this was thick. Like, very thick. Probably the thickest formula I've ever worked with. It could probably be a one coater, if you're very careful, but I did one thicker coat and a thin coat to cover any bald patches.
This is a total topcoat eater. I did two coats here and it was still pretty rough. I don't mind that, I actually really like the sandpaper feel on my nails (weird, I know, but I still love it, I rarely topcoat glitters if I'm just wearing them).
Aaaand blurred to show the glitter goodness. I was a fan, even though it's not my type of colour.
That's all from me today! I got a lot of compliments on this colour and I quite liked it, shockingly. What do you guys think? Do you like it? Have you tried any of the colours from the Nicole by OPI spring collection? I love this collection, I think it's my favourite just because it's so different!
Thanks for reading, I hope to talk to you in the comments!
