Hello lacquered lovelies! Happy Saturday! Any plans for the weekend? I'm going out tonight to celebrate my birthday early... I'm pathetically excited haha. I never go out so I'm looking forward to it!
Today I have swatches of the Harlow & Co. Sirens collection for you. This is an extremely limited collection - it's Katie's first venture into creating polishes and they are beautiful. If you want to see more swatches of these beauties, you can see Jen's swatches or Camille's beautiful swatches and nail art - I'm totally in love with her nails. They are too cute!
First up is Bad Atmosphere. This is difficult to describe... it's very green-based grey that dries to a rubbery finish. Vinyl. Not quite matte but not glossy either. Glorious formula too. I can't wait to stamp with this! This is two coats because I messed up a bit on the first. It definitely is a one-coater (if you don't suck like I did haha). The first time I wore this I only used one coat!
This is Precious Calm. Definitely my favourite - it's a dusty green that leans more blue-based with beautiful shimmer. The shimmer looks almost like it flashes purple in the bottle... so pretty. This was two coats.
And last is Sparkling Waters. Glitter! Different shades of blue glitter mixed with some holographic glitter and larger silver hexes. Loveeee. This was two coats. No topcoat - you can see that it dries pretty gritty but I don't mind. If you do, you'll probably need a couple of layers of topcoat - I'd use Gelous if I wanted to get it smooth!
These will be available from Katie and Harlow & Co. on February 1st. The set will retail for $32 and is extremely limited edition - there are only ten sets!
What do you lovelies think? Which of these shades would you rock? :)
Thanks for reading! Have a beautiful day!
